The Employee Handbook is your guide to correctly dealing with all the different scenarios you can expect to find your self in as you perform transfers. The language used in the industry is in the front of the handbook. Familiarize yourself with it. It will make things a lot more clear during removals. There are basic instructions and advisement for the majority of things you will see or do. Of course there are plenty of things that are unique to each situation and that is when your own common sense and training will come into play.

Don't forget to complete your state required training and submit the completed forms. You can not be compensated with out the required forms.
